Shipping policy

5.1. NOVIX offers international shipping to various countries and destinations, subject to shipping availability and applicable restrictions.

5.2. Orders generally require 1-3 days to be processed before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

5.3. Once processed, estimated delivery times are generally 8-15 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping method, carrier, and other circumstances.

5.4. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.5. Delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside NOVIX’s reasonable control, including customs processing, local authorities, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, carrier delays, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.6. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

5.7. If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, failure to collect the package, or refusal to accept delivery, NOVIX may deduct actual shipping or related costs from any applicable refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5.8. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, NOVIX does not have direct control over the carrier’s delivery process. However, NOVIX will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related issues.
